Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Clicker Corp application (“the Application”) for mobile devices, created by Sean Foster (“Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service. The service is provided “as is”.
We are not interested in you. We are interested in your Output. This document is the boring part, read it anyway.
01 Information collection & use
The Application does not require you to create an account, and the Service Provider does not directly collect personal information from you. However, the Application uses integrated third-party services that automatically collect certain information when you use the Application. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- Your device’s advertising identifier (advertisingId).
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address by the advertising service.
- Your device’s operating system version and model.
- How you interact with advertisements shown in the Application (impressions, clicks).
- Diagnostic data about the advertising service’s performance.
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games (an optional feature in the in-app Settings menu), the following additional information is shared with Google Play Games Services:
- Your Google Play Games Player ID (userId).
- Achievements you unlock within the Application.
- Your scores on the Application’s leaderboards.
Signing in with Google Play Games is entirely optional. The Application functions fully without it.
02 Location
The Application does not directly collect or use your location. Approximate location data, derived from your IP address, is collected by Google AdMob (a third-party advertising service) solely to serve and measure advertisements within the Application. The Service Provider does not have access to your location data.
The Application does not collect precise (GPS) location data and has no GPS-related permissions.
03 Artificial intelligence
No AIThe Application does not use any Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. All game content, text, narrative, and behavior, is hand-authored. No machine-learning models process your data, and no AI features (recommendations, personalization, automated decisions) operate within the Application.
04 Third-party services
The Application uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services (sign-in and Play Games integration), Google Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob (displaying advertisements), Google Ads & Advertising Privacy Policy.
Data collected by these services is handled according to Google’s policies linked above. The Service Provider does not receive raw data from these services and does not maintain its own analytics, crash-reporting, or user-tracking infrastructure.
The Service Provider may disclose information collected through the Application only:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
05 Content rating disclosure
Simulated gamblingThe Application contains simulated gambling mechanics, including a wager-style mini-game (“Supply Closet”) and a one-time endgame wager. The Application has been rated accordingly. No real currency is wagered or exchanged at any point in the Application.
06 In-app communication
The Application includes an optional “Incident Report” feature (Settings → Incident Report) that lets you email the Service Provider with bug reports, feedback, or other requests. This feature uses your device’s standard email client. When you choose to send an Incident Report, the following information is automatically appended to the email body so the Service Provider can diagnose the issue:
- App version and build flag.
- Device manufacturer, model, and Android version.
- Current in-game state (loop count, output value, current chapter, endgame completion flag).
You compose and send this email manually through your own email application. The Service Provider has no automated access to your device.
The Service Provider does not send promotional communications, marketing emails, or developer-initiated push notifications. All in-app notifications (work reminders, prestige notices, etc.) are scheduled locally on your device.
07 Data retention
The Application stores all game data (saves, settings, statistics) locally on your device. The Service Provider does not maintain external servers or databases that store your game data. Data held by third-party services (Google Play Games, Google AdMob) is retained according to those services’ respective privacy policies.
08 Data deletion
You can delete data associated with the Application in the following ways:
- Uninstall the Application, this removes all locally stored game data (saves, settings, statistics) from your device. The Service Provider stores no game data externally.
- Google Play Games data (Player ID, achievements, leaderboard scores), use the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com) to manage and delete it.
- Advertising data held by Google AdMob, use your Google Ad Settings at myaccount.google.com to reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.
- Any other deletion request, contact the Service Provider at Seanstex84@gmail.com and a response will be provided in a reasonable time.
09 Opt-out rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your device or via the mobile application marketplace.
10 Children’s privacy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at Seanstex84@gmail.com.
11 Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality of the limited information handled by the Application. All data transmitted off your device by the Application’s integrated services is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS). Because the Service Provider does not store data on external servers, there is no server-side database of your information to be compromised.
No security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
12 Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
13 Your consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended in the future.
